Camping & Touring Booking Conditions

• Bookings are from 1.30pm on the day of arrival until 10.30am on the day of departure. No arrivals accepted after 8pm.
• A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week or part week is required for each pitch booked
• Site fees are due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, unless agreed otherwise and are only refundable where we are able to re-let the pitch. If this is not possible then no refund can be made.
• May we point out that a booking constitutes a contract between yourself and Franchis Holidays.
• Please note that we are a family park and regrettably cannot take bookings from all male or all female parties.
• Well behaved dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead no longer than 2 metres at all times. All dog mess must be cleared up immediately and disposed of in the dog bins provided.
• Barbecues are allowed but must be kept off the ground. Campfires are not allowed. Fire pits are allowed if wood is not burned, due to the smoke and smell produced.
• If you fail to arrive on the date you have booked then your pitch may be re-let from 10am the following day, unless we have been informed of your delay.
• The speed limit throughout the park is strictly 5mph.
• All quiet by 10.00pm. At all other times the enjoyment of others must not be compromised by excessive noise or rowdy/nuisance behaviour.
• Parents are responsible for providing the appropriate supervision of all their children at all times whilst on the park.
• Cycles are allowed on the site provided they are ridden slowly and with care.
• The proprietors reserve the right to refuse a reservation or to terminate a booking of any person whose conduct is deemed detrimental to the well-being or comfort of other park visitors or whose behaviour is deemed unacceptable by said proprietors. No refund of any fees paid will be given under these circumstances.
• Extensions are subject to availability and may involve moving pitch.
• The proprietors cannot accept liability in respect of personal injury or for loss of visitors property however caused.
• All visitors to the site must comply with the instructions of the proprietors/site staff in the interest of safety and comfort for all.
• Payment of your fees constitutes acceptance of these conditions.
