'Southernwood' at Franchis

This year sees the start of a select development of holiday homes here in the fringes of woodland at Franchis.

Franchis is a well-loved, small and friendly, family-owned park which we plan to make our home for the long-term. We are offering holiday homes where customer service has a name and a face and the safeguard of the industry's Code of Practice. Basically, we want you to love spending time in this beautiful part of Cornwall as much as we do!

If you've stayed here before you'll already know that we offer more space and seclusion than most other parks and we intend to keep it that way. There are currently seven caravan plots and five chalets here and we have planning permission for a maximum of a further thirteen so you can rest assured that the character of the park will never be compromised by extensive development. Prices start at just £32,950 for a two bedroom, double glazed and centrally heated caravan with decking.

With your own holiday caravan here at Franchis you have the freedom to use it as you wish. Some people will want to keep it all to themselves or let friends and family use it, whilst others may take the opportunity to sub-let; the choice is yours. In essence, we offer complete flexibility to make use of your caravan holiday home in the way that suits you best.
