Franchis Holidays is a small, family run site with just 39 pitches and 2 bungalows for hire.
Just 5 miles onto the Lizard Peninsula, it’s a short drive into the village of Mullion with its pubs, shops, golf club, harbour and nearby sandy beaches of Poldhu, Polurrian & Kynance.
Perfectly placed for exploring the wonderful scenery of West Cornwall, messing about on boats on the Helford, walking the coast path or simply shopping & eating out in Porthleven, St Ives or Falmouth.

Thank you for making us so welcome on your campsite, we thoroughly enjoyed staying.
We found the location great for the walking and exploring of the Lizard that we did over the two weeks.
We liked the layout of the site, and how it never felt crowded even when the site was full.
Thank you for looking after the site with such commitment, it was always tidy, and the toilets were clean even when it was muddy outside.

We are well into the first week of our stay and can’t fault this site, run by friendly people with pleasant surroundings and relaxed atmosphere.
Clean well kept shower bocks, the site is well placed for exploring the Lizard or nipping into Helston.

An excellent 'no frills' site in a natural rural setting, immaculately clean facilities, Kate & Phil are regularly seen buzzing about, cleaning, grass cutting etc. but will always find time to 'down tools' for a chat.
I would highly recommend Franchis Holiday Park to anyone wanting a simple relaxing break in Cornwall.

We have stayed at Franchis many times for over 10 years. We keep going back as the Park is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The site is quite small catering for caravans, tents and tourers which means it doesn’t get overcrowded and noisy. It has plenty of toilets and showers which are always kept clean and tidy and a laundry room with washers and driers. There are no bars, pools or entertainment but to us that is part of the charm.
The owners are lovely, helpful if you need something but not intrusive.
