Holiday lodges for sale on a quiet,
family-owned park in Cornwall

We’re lucky enough to have been able to call Franchis our home for almost 18 years; we love it here and really hope you will too. The park covers about 16 acres in total, four of which are fields and the rest protected woodland with a stream running alongside the border. To view a rather wobbly video of 'The Meadow' please click here.

It’s just a short drive into the village of Mullion, with its two pubs, shops, golf club, historic harbour and nearby sandy beaches of Poldhu and Polurrian Coves.

Just 5 miles onto the Lizard, Franchis is perfectly placed for exploring the wonderful scenery of West Cornwall, messing about on boats on the Helford, walking the coast path or shopping and lunch in St Ives or Falmouth.

We currently have just 6 vacant pitches available for your choice of lodge.
Please take a look at our FAQs page for more details.

Sandy Coves

There are so many to choose from we're sure you'll find your own favourite  but.....Kynance Cove (above) is about 4 miles straight down the road from Franchis. Poldhu Cove - our closest beach at just 5 minutes drive away - is a great place to spend a sunny day with café, good sized car park,  loos and good swimming as well as surf. Even in the winter its our favourite for wave watching with a huge hot chocolate!

Wonderful Walks

There's a huge variety of landscapes on The Lizard - wooded valleys around the Helford in the east, the open wild expanse of Goonhilly Downs in the centre, farmland and of course the stunning coast where you're likely to see seals, gannets, basking sharks in the warmer months and, if you're lucky, dolphins.  You'll find lots more about The Lizard Peninsula on the Visit Cornwall website.

Just Unwind

The Lizard remains largely undiscovered compared to the rest of Cornwall. Even on the busiest days you'll find quiet corners, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our holiday homes are positioned in one of these quiet corners, tucked away towards the rear of the park you really will be able to escape from it all and just unwind.
